About you
The ideal candidate will bring a positive, can-do attitude and a genuine enthusiasm for working as part of a collaborative team. You will relish the opportunity to use your initiative and problem-solving skills, approaching new challenges with confidence and creativity. Your background will include experience in a supervisory or management role. You will be adept at delivering community engagement programmes, providing support and guidance to both individuals and groups, and making effective use of digital communication channels. Strong organisational, communication, and IT skills are essential, as is the ability to manage your own workload and juggle multiple projects with professionalism and attention to detail. Experience in a customer-focused environment and within higher education is highly desirable, along with knowledge of safeguarding, and first aid or mental health qualifications. Above all, you’ll be passionate about fostering inclusivity, acting with integrity, and inspiring others to reach their full potential as part of our supportive and forward-thinking team.
