Role: Level 3 Nursery Teaching Assistant
Location: Honiton
Pay Rate: £100-£115 per day (depending on experience)
Start Date: ASAP
Contract: Full-time, Term Time Only
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am-4pm
Responsibilities
* Support the planning and delivery of engaging early years activities
* Work closely with children to support their learning and development
* Provide targeted support for children with SEND and additional needs
* Encourage social, emotional, and communication development
* Promote independence, confidence, and positive behaviour
* Help create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment
* Work collaboratively with nursery staff, parents, and external professionals
* Contribute to observations, assessments, and progress tracking
Qualifications and Experience
* A Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years Education
* Experience working within a nursery or early years setting
* A caring, proactive, and enthusiastic approach
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* GCSEs or equivalent in Maths and English
* A genuine passion for supporting children's early development
