Senior Clinical Supplies Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Clinical Supplies Manager (CSM) to join our team and support our global clinical supplies network. In this pivotal role, you will lead and execute clinical trial supply chain activities, ensuring seamless coordination across multiple supply partners and functions.
The Role:
* Interpret clinical study protocols to determine drug product and ancillary supply needs.
* Utilize simulation tools and supply chain expertise to design optimized, lean supply chains for studies and programs.
* Develop and manage study drug forecasts and supply plans across the trial lifecycle, accounting for multiple drug campaigns.
* Collaborate with IRT teams to create system specifications (URS) for supply algorithms.
* Continuously update supply demand forecasts using Excel and relevant forecasting tools.
* Serve as the Unblinded Study Drug Manager, overseeing IRT system testing (UAT) and ongoing study operations.
* Monitor and manage Warehouse and Depot drug inventories through IRT systems.
* Coordinate packaging campaigns and scheduling in collaboration with clients and packagers.
* Ensure efficient drug distribution to designated Warehouses and Depots.
* Establish and oversee blinded/unblinded IRT reports to track drug usage and forecasting.
The Candidate:
* Degree in science, supply chain, related field or equivalent technical knowledge.
* Extensive experience in clinical supply management with a deep understanding of the end-to-end supply cycle.
* Expertise in supply tracking systems and forecasting tools.
* Strong global logistics knowledge, including supply chains, import/export regulations, depots, and comparator sourcing.
* Familiarity with ICH guidelines, GCP, CFR, EMA GMP/GDP regulations, and GMP best practices.
* Proficiency in IRT technology for supply chain management.
* Advanced skills in MS Office, particularly MS Project and Excel.
