The role:
1. Sourcing and attracting candidates through various mediums including social media and referrals.
2. Interviewing candidates, assessing their suitability and skills, and checking all right to work documentation.
3. Meeting with clients to discuss vacancy briefs and candidate specifications.
4. Delivering exceptional service to all candidates by keeping them regularly updated.
The ideal candidate:

* No experience is necessary; candidates with a background in Telesales or Sales are encouraged to apply. Full training will be provided, focusing on practical skills.

The apprentice starting wage is based on the apprenticeship minimum, with plans for a performance-based pay rise during the apprenticeship.
Training includes monthly online sessions with a tutor, with an expectation of at least 6 hours per week of workplace training.
