What Do You Need to Be Successful?
* A cert III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA‑approved equivalent)
* A valid WWCC/Blue Card
* Training in Child Protection, Red Nose, and Food Safety (or willingness to obtain)
* Knowledge of Child Safe Standards, NQF, and EYLF
* A genuine love for early childhood education and a strong commitment to excellence in care and learning
* Availability for shifts from 6:00 am – 6:30 pm
