Lighthouse Lodge Care Home is a modern, purpose built 80 bed care home in New Brighton, Merseyside, delivering high quality residential, nursing, dementia and respite care within a warm, supportive and person centred environment.
Are you someone who thrives on creativity and enjoys making a positive impact on others? We're searching for a dynamic Activities Lead to bring fun and fulfilment to our residents' lives. In this role, you'll partner with the Home Manager to design and implement a wide range of engaging activities tailored to the needs and interests of our residents. The successful candidate will be required to work alternate weekends.

Your Key Responsibilities
Activity Planning & Execution: Design and lead monthly and individual activity programs that cater to a variety of interests, helping residents maintain their hobbies and discover new ones.
Promote Social Interaction: Facilitate social opportunities that encourage residents to connect and enjoy their time in the care home.
Maintain Accurate Records: Keep detailed records of all activities to ensure that every event is documented and meets the needs of our residents.

Event Planning Expertise: A proven ability to develop and organize diverse activities and events.
