A growing and well-invested manufacturing business is looking to appoint an experienced Production Manager to lead a multi-shift operation.

The Role / Responsibilities
* Lead day-to-day production across a multi-shift manufacturing operation
* Drive performance across safety, quality, output and efficiency
* Manage labour planning, productivity and operational KPIs
* Improve OEE and implement corrective actions where needed
* Develop and lead supervisors and shopfloor teams
* Ensure compliance with Health, Safety and Environmental standards
* Reduce waste, downtime and rework through problem-solving
* Work cross-functionally with Engineering, Quality and Supply Chain
* Support Continuous Improvement and Lean initiatives
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience in a Production Manager / Manufacturing leadership role
* Background inplastic, processing or industrial manufacturing environments (ideal)
* Experience managing multi-shift operationsStrong understanding of production KPIs and performance management
* Hands-on leadership style with strong communication skills
* NEBOSH desirable (IOSH or equivalent considered)
* Experience in continuous improvement / Lean manufacturing
