Job Description
6. Be responsible for dealing with all matters relating to the management of a portfolio of audited entities.
7. Complete assignments within agreed budgets and timescales and identify opportunities for additional billings.
8. Ensure assignments are staffed with the appropriate mix of knowledge and skills required.
9. Ensure that the firm's risk management and quality control procedures are adhered to at all times.
10. Work as part of management team with other Audit Managers within the business group (e.g. resource planning, merit rate meetings and efficiency gains)
11. Support Partners with the implementation and communication of any new business strategy for existing and target audit entities as well as the internal business.
The Successful Applicant
12. ACA, ACCA, or equivalent qualification
13. Minimum 3-5 years post-qualification experience in audit
14. Strong technical knowledge of UK GAAP, IFRS and audit standards
15. Excellent people management and development skills
16. Proven ability to build client relationships
17. Strong project management and organizational abilities
18. Commercial awareness and problem-solving mindset
19. Experience with audit software and Microsoft Office suite
