As an SEND TA, you’ll: Work 1:1 or in small groups with children who have additional needs Support learning, routines, and social development in and out of class Help create a safe, structured space where pupils feel valued and understood Collaborate closely with teachers, SENCOs, and therapists to give children the best support What you’ll need: Experience supporting children or young people with SEND (autism, ADHD, SEMH, physical or learning needs) A calm, positive approach and strong communication skills Flexibility and resilience — no two days are the same!
