Your key responsibilities:
Manage, coach, and develop a team of approximately 16 Telemarketing Advisors
Drive performance to achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
Monitor productivity and ensure consistent delivery of high-quality, qualified leads
Maintain the quality of all appointments booked for field sales representatives
Deliver regular 1-2-1 coaching sessions, team meetings, and performance reviews
Work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless sales process and an excellent customer experience
What they are looking for:
A motivated, target-driven leader with a strong passion for sales success
Proven experience managing remote telesales/telemarketing teams in a fast-paced environment
A strong track record of exceeding team targets through effective coaching and leadership
Commercially minded with a strategic approach to planning and pipeline management
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills that motivate and inspire
Experience within Utilities or paymentsis advantageous but not essential
An energetic, enthusiastic attitude and genuine commitment to team development and results
