Learning Support Assistant (Permanent role) Location: Banbury Pay: £14-£14.50 per hour (depending on experience) Full-time (30 hours per week) We’re looking for compassionate, energetic, and proactive Learning Support Assistants to join our team in Banbury, providing meaningful care and encouragement to children and young adults with a range of needs. This is a rewarding opportunity where you’ll play a key role in helping young people build confidence, develop life skills, and gain independence in a safe and supportive environment. What You’ll Be Doing: Providing emotional and practical support tailored to each child or young person Assisting with daily routines, including personal care, educational support, and engaging activities Encouraging creativity, confidence, and social skills through play, learning, and community involvement Working collaboratively with your team to create a positive, child-focused atmosphere Responding to challenges calmly and constructively, using a solution-focused approach What We’re Looking For: A caring, compassionate approach and a genuine passion for helping young people Awareness of the emotional and developmental needs of children and teenagers Ability to create a safe, fun, and empowering environment Confidence in supporting with routines and practical tasks Experience in childcare, education, youth work, or support (desirable but not essential) A driving licence is a bonus Strong communication skills, with the ability to work both collaboratively and independently Creativity and empathy to engage and motivate students with diverse needs A genuine passion for helping young people succeed academically and personally Previous experience supporting students with Special Educational Needs Willingness to undertake personal care and manual handling training if required Call us: 01865 727 751 Send your CV to: oliwia@completelycare.co.uk Apply online: https://completelycare.online
