The Role
You'll play a key part in the end-to-end production process, working across manufacturing, quality, and warehouse operations to ensure products are delivered to the highest standards.
Working hours - Nights 4 on 4 off 7pm-7am
Pay £17.10 per hour - monthly
Key responsibilities include:
- Operating and monitoring automated manufacturing equipment
- Supporting production from printing through to packaging
- Following strict Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and quality guidelines
- Accurately inputting and managing production data and batch records
- Weighing, measuring, and preparing raw materials
- Carrying out visual and instrument-based quality inspections
- Supporting inventory control and warehouse activities (FIFO, stock handling, shipping)
- Assisting with product testing, sampling, and analysis
- Maintaining high standards of housekeeping (5S/6S) and safety compliance
- Working closely with Engineering, Quality, and Technical teams to resolve issues
What We're Looking For
- Experience in manufacturing, production, or lab-based environments (preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes accurately
- Comfortable working with data systems and automated machinery
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement
- Good understanding of health & safety (COSHH/EHS) practices
- Team player with strong communication skills and a reliable work ethic
