We’re looking for a commercially minded Buyer to play a key role in sourcing food ingredients and raw materials, ensuring we deliver outstanding value without compromising on quality or ethics. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing procurement team within Nature’s Way Foods, where you’ll have real ownership, cross-functional exposure, and the chance to influence sourcing strategy in a fast-paced FMCG environment.
What you’ll receive
1. Base salary of £40,000 – £50,000 (dependent on experience)

Key responsibilities
8. Sourcing and procuring ingredients to deliver optimal cost, quality and supply performance
9. Participating in commercial discussions and supplier negotiations
10. Supporting and contributing to sourcing strategies aligned with business objectives
11. Engaging in supplier selection, onboarding and relationship management
12. Monitoring supplier performance across cost, service, quality and compliance metrics
13. Supporting the management of supplier agreements and commercial terms
14. Reviewing market trends, commodity movements and supply risks to inform decisions
15. Contributing to cost management and value improvement initiatives
16. Supporting budgeting, forecasting and spend reporting processes
17. Collaborating with Technical, Quality, NPD, Production, Planning and Finance teams
18. Providing sourcing and commercial input into new product development projects
19. Supporting supply risk assessment and continuity planning activities

20. Extensive experience as a Buyer in a fast-paced environment

25. Comfortable operating in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
