Location: Horsham (Oakhurst Business Park, Southwater)
Salary: Up to £30,000 (depending on experience) + bonus & benefits
Hours: Monday-Friday & daytime hours only

We're looking for a reliable and flexible Warehouse Operative with a valid HGV Class 2 licence to join our logistics team.
This is a primarily warehouse-based role, ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work but is also happy to step into a driving role when required. You'll support our transport team by covering delivery routes during holidays and absence, helping us maintain excellent service to our customers.
What you'll be doing Picking, packing, and dispatching customer orders accurately and efficiently
Receiving, checking, and storing incoming stock
Supporting stock control, inventory checks, and general warehouse organisation
Maintaining a safe, clean, and efficient working environment
Providing HGV Class 2 delivery cover when required (local multi-drop routes)
Loading vehicles safely and completing delivery paperwork
Delivering a professional, customer-focused service at all times
What we're looking for Experience working in a busy warehouse environment
Valid HGV Class 2 (Category C) licence
Flexible approach - happy to work mainly in the warehouse with occasional driving duties to cover as required
Strong work ethic, reliability, and team-focused attitude
Good understanding of health and safety practices
Valid Forklift licences (Counterbalance and/or Reach would be useful but training can be provided)
