Car Sales Executive required in Hayle

2. Basic salary of up to £25k, OTE up to £45k
3. 5 day working week, spread across Monday to Saturday
We are currently seeking a dedicated Car Sales Executive to join a well-established dealership in Hayle, Cornwall. 4. Competitive basic salary up to £25,000 depending on experience
5. Uncapped OTE of approximately £45,000
6. Dealing with both new and used vehicle sales including on-site used cars and the rapidly growing non-franchise Select business

8. Working five days a week, including Saturdays, with potential Sunday openings during summer months
9. Structured working hours from 0900 to 1800 with a maximum five-day rota
Duties of a Car Sales Executive:
10. Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored vehicle solutions
11. Sell new vehicles for the brand showroom and used vehicles across the site
12. Contribute to achieving team sales targets through effective customer service
13. Maintain excellent product knowledge and stay updated on the latest models
14. Manage sales processes from initial contact to handover, ensuring a smooth customer experience
15. Assist in building long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat business
Requirements:
16. Experience in automotive sales is preferred but not essential; training and support are available
17. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
18. Professional attitude with a genuine enthusiasm for sales
19. Ability to work as part of a team and independently when required
20. Enthusiasm to learn and develop within a busy dealership environment
21. Valid UK driving licence
