IAM Service Lead

Up to £65,000| Inverness | Full Time | Onsite

Please note: This role requires onsite attendance in Inverness, 5 days per week, and successful completion of BPSS and client security clearance checks.

We are seeking an experienced IAM Service Lead to establish and lead a new Identity & Access Management service during a high-profile service transition.

Key Responsibilities

• Create IAM Service Design and Target Operating Model (TOM)
• Lead service transition, knowledge transfer and shadowing activities
• Provide IAM service leadership and governance
• Manage KPIs, SLAs and service reporting
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Manage stakeholders, risks and issues

• Expertise across IGA, MFA, SSO, PAM and PKI
• Hybrid IAM environments

• Active Directory
• Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM)

• BeyondTrust PAM

Please note: This role requires onsite attendance in Inverness, Monday to Friday, within a secure working environment. Applicants must be experienced professionals capable of operating independently from day one. These positions are not suitable for junior candidates or trainees.
