Brighton - £28,000-£32,000 + Benefits - 4.5 days Mon-Thu 8:30-17:00, Fri 8:30-12:30
Hunters' valued and cutting-edge technology client, a leading provider of advanced computer-based measurement and automation systems, is seeking an Engineering Support Technician to join their technical team.
The Role:
* Provide first-line technical support for sales and configuration teams
* Assist customers with product and application queries, pre- and post-sales
* Manage product returns, repairs, and technical issues in line with ISO standards
* Support product testing, compliance checks, and documentation approvals
* Deliver training and technical support to internal teams
* Help drive continuous improvement and Lean processes
About You:
* Relevant technical qualification or hands-on experience in electronics/computers
* Background in technical support and customer service
* Strong problem-solving and organisational skills
* Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
* Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work under pressure
