Salary: £34,000 to £48,000 + Bonus + Excellent Benefits
Contract: Full Time, Permanent
Working Pattern: Hybrid Working - 2 Days Office Based / 3 Days Home Working
The Opportunity
CRA Consulting is delighted to be working in partnership with a highly regarded national legal services organisation to recruit a Family Law Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive into its growing Sheffield based team. What you'll be doing
* Managing a varied caseload of privately funded family law matters
* Advising clients on divorce, separation, financial matters and children issues
* Conducting negotiations and progressing matters proactively
* Drafting legal documentation and correspondence
* Maintaining accurate records using the case management system
* Working collaboratively with colleagues across the wider legal team
* Supporting junior members of staff where appropriate
* Delivering a high standard of client care throughout the life cycle of each case
What they're looking for
* Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive
* Previous experience handling privately funded family law matters
* Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
* Ability to manage a caseload independently
* Commercial awareness alongside a client‑focused approach
* Organised with strong attention to detail
* Comfortable working within a modern case management environment
