Head of Global Operations | Fashion Brand | Up to £95k
Zachary Daniels is partnering with a fast-growing, trend-led fashion brand to recruit a Head of Global Operations. This strategic, solutions-focused leader will shape and scale their international logistics and supply chain.
Reporting to the COO, this high-impact role covers end-to-end global logistics, supply chain strategy, vendor relationships, and import/export compliance. The successful candidate will support international growth, streamline operations, and ensure the seamless movement of products from factory to customer—on time, within budget, and aligned with brand standards.
Location:
North West London (on-site 4-5 days per week)
Key Responsibilities:
* Global Logistics & Supply Chain Leadership: Lead shipping, warehousing, and distribution operations; partner with 3PLs, freight forwarders, and carriers to optimize delivery efficiency and cost-effectiveness; improve shipping routes and methods.
* Compliance & Trade: Ensure adherence to global import/export regulations; stay updated on trade policies and customs requirements; manage documentation and audits for compliance.
* Inventory & Warehouse Oversight: Manage inventory flow and fulfillment across global distribution centers; enhance stock visibility; collaborate with warehousing partners to improve performance.
* Vendor Management: Build strong relationships with logistics partners; negotiate rates and contracts; resolve logistical challenges proactively.
* Cost & Budget Control: Own logistics budget; analyze costs and performance; identify savings opportunities.
What You'll Bring:
* Experience leading global supply chain and logistics in retail or fashion sectors.
* Knowledge of import/export regulations and trade compliance.
* Experience managing external partners like 3PLs and freight forwarders.
* Strong commercial acumen and budget management skills.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
