I am working with a well regarded, design led practice based in Henley in Arden that is growing due to increased project demand. They are now looking to bring in a senior hire who can take full control of projects and drive delivery from start to finish.
This is a business with a strong reputation across commercial, residential and retail projects, offering a collaborative environment and a great team culture.
The Role
* Take full ownership of projects from concept through to completion
* Lead and manage design, technical delivery and coordination
* Act as the main point of contact for clients, consultants and contractors
* Oversee planning, design development and project execution
* Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to a high standard
* Support and mentor junior team members
* Contribute to the growth and ongoing success of the practice
What They Are Looking For
* Qualified Architect with strong UK project experience
* Operating at Senior Architect or Associate Director level
* Proven ability to manage projects end to end
* Strong technical and design capability
* Experience across commercial, residential or retail sectors
* Confident working directly with clients and leading meetings
* Proactive, hands on and able to work in a fast paced environment
Package
* Up to £65,000
