A dynamic and self motivated Housing Officer is required for to be the main point of contact and activity for the residents of Shaftesbury House and partners both internal and external whilst a displacement programme and subsequent refurbishment programme is undertaken. Experience of project management would be desirable but excellent Communication skills is essential to work with the residents before, during and after the displacement to keep them informed and reassured, whilst keeping clear lines of communication and expectations of the process. This project is at a crucial stage and the successful candidate would be expected to get up to speed very quickly to take over the day to day management of this project alongside the Area Manager for London
