Responsibilities
* Deliver a full range of Occupational Health services including medical screenings, immunisations, and phlebotomy.
* Support the wider OH team and stakeholders to ensure smooth and effective service delivery.
* Attend client sites across different locations as directed by line manager.
* Provide evidence-based care and clinical assessments to employees.
* Participate in clinical supervision and support the development of team members.
* Ensure accurate record-keeping and compliance with company policies and NMC guidelines.
* Contribute to audits, incident reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
* Actively engage in team meetings and collaborative projects.
Qualifications
* Registered Nurse with a valid NMC PIN (no restrictions).
* Trained in immunisations and phlebotomy – advantageous.
* Confident working independently and as part of a team.
* Strong organisational and time-management skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* IT literate and comfortable using MS Office and clinical systems.
* Understanding of PGD/Written Instruction frameworks and the National Immunisation Schedule.
* Awareness of cold chain processes and informed consent principles.
* Willingness to travel to different client sites (driving licence preferred).
* 12 months UK-based experience.
