The successful candidate will report directly to the Operations Manager and will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operational and administrative functions of the business. Provide administrative support to the operations team Manage and maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation Use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) to produce spreadsheets, reports, and correspondence Maintain and update data within Business Central and SharePoint Coordinate job information, schedules, and operational paperwork Handle written and verbal communication with internal teams, clients, and suppliers Support invoicing, job tracking, and operational reporting Ensure high levels of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks Assist with problem-solving and day-to-day operational queries Support continuous improvement of administrative and operational processes Your skills & experience Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office packages (Outlook, Word, Excel) Ability to learn and use financial and operational systems such as Workpal Knowledge of Dynamics 365 Business Central is advantageous but not essential Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively Demonstrated initiative, energy and a proactive approach Excellent communication skills and strong work ethic For further information on this opportunity or if you are considering the next step in your career get in touch with Ollie Mairs at HireIQ in complete confidence.
