Recruitment Administrator
Hybrid based 2/3 days per week at Stevenage Office
Daily Pay Rate: £140/day

We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Recruitment Administrator to support our client Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the recruitment process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

Your responsibilities will consist of but not be limited to:
* Coordinating and scheduling interviews (telephone, virtual, and face-to-face) with candidates and hiring panels
* Managing interview logistics including meeting rooms, virtual meeting links, interview packs, and travel arrangements when required
* Supporting recruiters and hiring managers with administrative tasks related to active vacancies
* Acting as a key point of contact for candidates, ensuring timely and professional communication throughout the recruitment process
* Maintaining accurate candidate records and updating the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
* Ensuring recruitment activities are conducted in line with company policies and data protection regulations (GDPR)
* Helping to deliver a smooth and positive candidate experience from application through to offer stage
The following are essential to the role:
* Previous experience in recruitment administration, HR administration, or a similar coordination role (1-3 years preferred)
* Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) such as Workday or a similar platform
* Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
* Strong communication skills with a professional and customer-focused approach
* High attention to detail and accuracy when handling candidate data and documentation
* A proactive, reliable, and collaborative attitude
This role is a temporary position with an expected end date of the 31st December 2026.
