Client Support Administrator - Permanent - Skelmersdale - £28 per annum We are delighted to be working exclusively with our client who has been established for over 30 years and have a great reputation in their field. Due to continued expansion, they are seeking an experienced Administrator to join a team of 5 - supporting the Customer Service team, this is a great opportunity for a motivated and adaptable individual who is proactive and is eager to develop their skills. Duties: * Answering incoming telephone calls, directing to the appropriate person and taking messages when needed * Creating job records and managing job progress updates using the ERP system * Setting up and maintaining stock codes within the ERP system * Creating detailed Excel-based work instructions for the production team to follow * Acting as first point of contact for customers to ensure professional and smooth resolution of queries * Hosting and supporting Teams meetings internally and with customers * Maintaining accurate Service Level Agreement tracking in Excel and producing reports for management/customer reviews * Updating documentation and data in Adobe Acrobat * Using Microsoft Outlook for effective email and calendar organisation Working hours: * Monday to Friday * 8:30am - 5:00pm The ideal candidate will have a administration/customer support background ideally within a production or manufactur...
