Are you a skilled technician with a passion for precision and quality? Our client is seeking a dedicated Assembly Technician to join their dynamic team. Key Responsibilities
* Assemble and test parts to ensure they meet rigorous quality standards.
* Conduct thorough testing of assembled parts, taking ownership of the quality assurance process.
* Build low‑pressure modifications with precision and attention to detail.
* Engage in ongoing training on new iCO products, demonstrating a willingness to learn and adapt.
* Maintain confidence and knowledge of ISO criteria to ensure compliance in all processes.
* Perform final quality control reviews of products before shipment, ensuring all items meet specifications.
* Create a safe working environment by properly utilising Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including safety glasses, masks, and gloves.
* Test and troubleshoot equipment before installation, identifying and resolving any issues.
* Keep work premises tidy and organised, contributing to a productive workspace.
* Conduct stock checks and manage inventory levels effectively.
* Receive deliveries and prepare orders for dispatch, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
* Organise work tasks to maintain healthy stock reserves and ensure efficient workflow.
* Follow health and safety standards diligently, promoting a culture of safety within the workplace.
* Implement fire risk management strategies as part of your daily responsibilities.
* Undertake various tasks as required by the business to support team objectives.
Qualifications
* Previous experience in assembly or manufacturing environments preferred.
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
* Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
* Good problem‑solving skills and a proactive approach to tasks.
* Knowledge of ISO standards and health & safety regulations is a plus.
