The role:
* Support the class teacher in delivering a creative and engaging early years curriculum
* Lead small group activities and 1:1 support to help children develop key skills
* Encourage learning through play, storytelling, and exploration
* Assist with daily routines including playtime, snacks, and personal care
* Observe children's progress and contribute to planning discussions
Requirements:
* A 2:1 or above degree in education, psychology, early childhood studies, or a related subject
* A genuine passion for working with young children and supporting their development
* Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
* A proactive, can-do attitude with a patient and caring nature
* Adaptable, reliable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
