Senior Quantity Surveyor - Social Housing - Planned Maintenance Kingston Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 We are working with a growing Social Housing contractor to recruit an experienced and successful Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team on a new contract in Kingston to deliver planned work as part of a roofing contract. We are looking for a proven commercial professional ideally with experience in social housing refurbishment programmes, ideally with knowledge of roofing programs and a comprehensive commercial understanding of subcontractor procurement and cost management, the CVR process as well as excellent client relationship skills.
