Liaise with recruitment and leadership teams to upload recruitment paperwork Process leave of absence requests using iTrent (staff MIS system) Support the catering team with ordering student lunches Process holiday vouchers for students eligible for free school meals Provide administrative support for inspections, compliance visits and quality assurance activities Support Open Days, Assessment Days, Examinations and school events Ensure smooth day-to-day administrative operations Pupil Administration Support pupil admissions processes Set up and register students on Arbor, CPOMS and Earwig Collate, print and distribute end-of-year reports About You We are looking for someone who: Has GCSEs (or equivalent) including English and Maths Has experience working in a busy office environment Has experience using Management Information Systems Is confident handling confidential and sensitive information Is proficient in Microsoft Office (Teams, SharePoint, spreadsheets and databases) Works in an organised, methodical way and meets deadlines Can prioritise workload effectively Communicates confidently with colleagues, governors, parents and visitors Is flexible, proactive and receptive to new ideas Works well independently and as part of a team Benefits Annual Leave Full time entitlement is 27-day holiday plus 8 days bank holidays rising to 30 after 5 years, 33 days after 10 years.
