Full ownership of store performance, driving sales, KPIs, and client experience
Leading from the front to deliver a premium, personalised shopping journey
Inspiring, coaching, and developing a high-performing team with a focus on styling and service
Maintaining exceptional visual merchandising standards in line with brand identity
Driving clientelling initiatives to build long-term customer relationships and repeat business
Managing stock, operations, and store processes with strong attention to detail
Taking ownership of recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing team developmentWe're looking for a Store Manager who:
