Frazer Jones are delighted to be partnering with a Quantitative Hedge Fund on further growth of their Talent Acquisition team in London. This is a new role for a specialist Fixed Income Recruiter to join forces on a permanent basis. The firm will consider both in-house and agency experience, but you must showcase proven experience hiring Fixed Income professionals with proven tenure across roles.
This is a new hire, with the ability to take full autonomy, work in partnership with senior stakeholders and build strong talent pipelines. The firm span 13 locations across the globe, and your hiring efforts shall be across all 13 of those countries.
You'll work in tandem with a wider Recruitment team of 10 across the globe - a truly collaborative, high-performing and humble team with people at the core of every decision they make.
Responsibilities:
* Work to build out the Fixed Income/Macro business globally.
* Develop strong relationships with internal stakeholders including understanding their business needs and determining recruiting strategy.
* Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
* Source candidates for open requisitions and build a strong market map of top talent in the space.
* Run screening calls with candidates and manage applications.
* Liaise with external vendors as needed.
Key requirements:
* Must have 5-8 years' experience within fixed income/macro either in-house or agency.
* Must specialise in fixed income/macro recruitment.
* Must have experience working within financial services or in a search firm with a financial services specialist focus.
* Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
* Degree strongly preferred.
