Job Description: Senior Support Worker
Salary: £12.74 per hour (£26,499.20 per annum)
Working Hours: 40 hours per week

We are currently looking for a Senior Support Worker to join our team at Essential Care and Support Limited - Cornwall Court, based in Murton.
Essential Care and Support is part of the National Care Group and specializes in providing person-centred care across supported living, outreach, and day services. We support individuals with various needs, including Mental Health, Physical Disabilities, Learning Disabilities, and Substance Misuse. Senior Support Worker Role Your role involves assisting senior management to assess support needs and working with individuals to improve service quality. Key qualities include respect, active listening, empathy, kindness, friendliness, and honesty.
Ideal Candidate Experience supporting adults with learning disabilities.
Minimum Level 3 NVQ/QCF in Health and Social Care or working towards it.
Ability to motivate and manage a team.
Full UK Driving Licence.
