We are seeking an experienced Interim FP&A Manager for a short term project to support the business following the recent implementation of a new ERP system. This is a high-impact, short-term assignment focused on building robust financial reporting and driving meaningful insights for the Senior Leadership Team (SLT).
Key Responsibilities
* Partner closely with the SLT to understand business priorities and reporting requirements
* Lead the development and enhancement of financial reporting frameworks post-ERP implementation
* Translate business needs into clear, actionable financial insights
* Collaborate with the Power BI specialist to design and refine dashboards and reporting outputs
* Ensure data integrity, consistency, and usability across new systems
* Support budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis where required
* Provide recommendations to improve reporting efficiency and decision-making processes
Key Requirements
* Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
* Proven experience in FP&A roles within complex or changing environments
* Strong track record of working on ERP implementations or post-implementation projects
* Excellent stakeholder management skills, with experience working at senior leadership level
* Ability to translate financial data into clear commercial insights
* Experience working alongside BI / data teams (Power BI preferred)
* Hands‑on, adaptable, and able to operate effectively in a fast‑paced, evolving environment
Contract Details
* Interim / contract role, duration 3 - 6 months
* Immediate start preferred
