About the position Were looking for an enthusiastic,switched-on, creative, trend-spotting legendto join the team as aSocial Media & Digital Manager. If you live and breathe dance music culture, know whats popping off on TikTok before its everywhere, and have a brain thats half memes, half marketing - keep reading. Your mission: make the artist's socials unmissable, build serious hype around releases alongside the artist managers, and keep fans locked in every day. We dont want random posting for the sake of it. We want someone who cantell a story, grow a fanbase, and make every post feel like a moment. What You'll Be Doing: Big Ideas: Dream up creative content formats, viral moments, trends, and help artist managers with their digital / social rollout plans around tracks, gigs, and the artist's general madness. Planning :Build smart, flexible content calendars that actually match the artists vibe (and real-life schedule). On-the-Go Content :Work with the artist managers, videographers, BTS teams, and the artist to grab gold from studio to headline shows. In-App :Know when its time to drop a slick Reel, a messy TikTok, or a rogue meme on X - and how to actually make them pop. Fan Energy :Keep the fans hyped and engaged - whether its through comments, DMs, inside jokes, or surprise drops. Analytics :Track whats working (and whats not), re-strategise and tweak the plan, and chase the wins. Happy to take risks and try new things! Protect the Brand :Make sure everything looks, sounds, and feels on brand - no forced influencer energy, just real ones only. About You Experienced in running social for an artist, label, brand, or creator. OBSESSED with music culture - especially the dance scene. Deep in TikTok, Insta, YouTube Shorts world (and understand whatactuallycuts through). Full of fresh content ideas - and ready to action them. Fast, flexible, can keep your cool when plans change (because they will). An excellent communicator who can vibe with both the artist and the wider team. Creative AND strategic - you care about numbers but you also care about your content not being boring / mundane. Bonus Points If You: Can shoot/edit content yourself when needed (iPhone or light gear). Know your way around Canva, CapCut, Adobe Express etc. Have experience helping to launch music releases, merch drops, or tours. Have worked on paid ads or basic boosting (but its not a dealbreaker).
