🗝️Now looking for HEADS OF DEPARTMENTS – EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT
1. POSITION
The Company hereby hires the Employee entrusted with leading and overseeing all strategic and operational matters of said department.

2. DURATION
This is a fixed-term contract of [10 months], renewable upon mutual agreement. The Employee shall commence work on [asap].
3. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
The Employee shall:
* Lead the [Department Name] in alignment with the vision, values, and spirit of MPW-D.
* Develop, implement, and evaluate strategic plans for their department.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments, especially under the guidance of the Founder and the Brand Spirit Director.
* Provide quarterly reports and updates on departmental progress.
* Support the onboarding and mentorship of future junior team members.
* Maintain ethical standards and contribute to a culture of heart-based leadership, innovation, and integrity.
4. REPORTING & COLLABORATION
The Employee will report directly to the Founder of MPW-D and the Brand Spirit Director, and will collaborate with fellow Heads of Departments and project-based teams across business venues.
5. WORK HOURS
The Employee is expected to dedicate approximately 16 hours per week to this role, with flexibility to attend meetings and respond to project needs. Additional hours may be negotiated as the company evolves.
6. MEETING AVAILABILITY
The Employee must be available to attend regular meetings aligned with U.K. time zones, as well as urgent strategy calls when necessary.
7. LANGUAGE REQUIREMENT
The Employee must demonstrate high proficiency in English, both spoken and written, as internal communication and strategic documentation are primarily in English.
8. REMUNERATIONHourly compensation - £30/hr
In addition, the Employee may be eligible for performance-based bonuses, equity shares, or in-kind benefits (e.g., program access, travel stipends), subject to separate agreements. £20–£40/month stipend for internet & electricity use.
9. CONFIDENTIALITY
All intellectual property, internal documents, strategic materials, and proprietary knowledge remain the property of MPW-D. The Employee agrees to uphold confidentiality during and after the contract period.
