Sales Negotiator – New Homes
Location: Crewe Hours: Full‑time, Wednesday to Sunday (10:30am–5:00pm) Contract: 9‑Month Fixed Term Contract (potential to extend) Salary: £31,500 basic + attractive commission structure
About the Role
We are recruiting a Sales Negotiator to support a busy new‑homes development in Crewe. This full‑time position is ideal for someone confident, customer‑focused, and experienced in delivering a high‑quality sales journey. Working Wednesday to Sunday, you will play a key role in welcoming customers, managing enquiries, and progressing reservations through to completion.
Key Responsibilities
Managing customer enquiries, viewings, and reservations Supporting the full sales process from first contact to completion Maintaining accurate CRM records and completing all required administration Ensuring the sales office and show home are presented to a high standard Providing a professional service across phone, email, and face‑to‑face interactions Working collaboratively with site teams and management
What We’re Looking For
Experience in new‑homes sales or a similar customer‑focused sales environment Strong communication and negotiation skills Professional, organised, and confident working independently Ability to manage a busy workload and meet sales targets Comfortable working weekends as part of the core rota
