I am currently working with a client based in Yate who are looking for a technically minded administration coordinator.
You should be someone who is highly organised, and has experience of administration, ideally within a technical department.
You do not need to be overly technical yourself, but you should be someone who is organized, and has experience:
1. Managing communications, both incoming and outgoing and maintaining records
2. Scheduling – appointments, meetings, travel arrangements etc.
3. Working with Documentation – drafting, editing, working with reports and presentations.
4. Formatting documents, proofreading and upholding professionalism
5. Maintaining electronic files – contacts, files, archiving
6. Stakeholder communication
7. Clerical duties, data entry
8. Organising logistics, preparing meetings, meeting rooms, and distributing relevant materials.
9. Prioritising your workload in the most efficient way
You should have experience with:
10. Microsoft Office 365 Software such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
11. If you have experience of Office 365 licensing, or other software licensing and renewal that would be an advantage.
