We are also supporting the modernisation and development of energy grids, managing the setup and siting for new transmission and distribution networks, and using hydrogen to decarbonise the transport and industry sectors.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Develop, maintain, and manage detailed project schedules using Primavera P6
Produce fully logic-linked construction programmes for large-scale civils and infrastructure works
Provide schedule analysis including critical path identification, float analysis, and progress reporting
Support programme updates, progress measurement, and change management
Interface with project teams including engineering, commercial, and delivery
Ensure programme alignment with NEC4 contractual requirements
Provide programme narrative, reporting, and risk input
Support programme assurance and stakeholder reporting
Requirements
Proven experience as a Senior Planning Engineer / Senior Planner
Strong expertise in Primavera P6
Experience working under NEC contracts (NEC3 / NEC4)
Background delivering major civil engineering or infrastructure projects
Experience supporting complex multi-disciplinary construction programmes
Strong understanding of programme logic, risk, and change management
Desirable Experience
Previous experience on major UK infrastructure programmes
Experience working within joint venture project environments
Exposure to rail or transport infrastructure projects
