Location: Scarborough (Multiple Locations)
About the Role:
* Program Development & Leadership
* Develop and evolve a factory-wide reliability engineering program. Develop reliability strategies aligned with business goals, including predictive and preventive maintenance plans.
* Lead root cause analysis (RCA) and failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA) initiatives.
* Data Analysis & Reporting, Analyse equipment performance data to identify trends, chronic issues, and improvement opportunities.
* Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as MTBF, MTTR, and OEE.
* Maintenance Optimization
* Collaborate with maintenance and operations teams to optimize asset lifecycle and reduce unplanned downtime.
* Implement condition monitoring technologies (e.g., vibration analysis, thermography, oil analysis).
Hours of Work:
Mon – Fri – 07:00 – 15:00
40 hours per week
1 hour break
Key Skills, Experience & Requirements:
* Experience in reliability engineering or maintenance in a large manufacturing or industrial setting.
* Design and implement a factory-wide reliability engineering program from the ground up.
* Knowledge of SAP PM or similar enterprise asset management systems.
* Proven track record of setting up or significantly improving a reliability program.
* Experience with CMMS, reliability software, and data analytics tools.
