Role Snapshot
We’re seeking an Entry-Level Junior Project Manager to join our Project Management Office (PMO). You’ll partner with senior PMs to oversee small-scale projects, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure deliverables meet scope, schedule, and budget requirements.
Your Day-to-Day
* Plan & Track: Build and maintain detailed project plans (Gantt charts, roadmaps) and update timelines.
* Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate status meetings, prepare progress reports, and escalate risks or issues.
* Resource Coordination: Align team members, track task ownership, and follow up on action items.
* Budget Monitoring: Assist in tracking project budgets and forecasting spend against deliverables.
* Quality Control: Support UAT cycles, collect feedback, and confirm deliverables meet defined criteria.
* Process Optimization: Help refine PMO templates, checklists, and best practices.
What You’ll Bring
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, IT, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
* Strong organizational and time-management skills.
* Clear written and verbal communication, with a knack for stakeholder engagement.
* Familiarity with Microsoft Project, Excel, or similar planning tools (or eagerness to learn).
* Proactive, solution-oriented mindset and ability to juggle multiple priorities.
* Basic understanding of project lifecycles; any exposure to Agile/Scrum is a plus.
