Our client, a nationally recognized leader in workforce development, is seeking a strategic and accomplished Managing Director to lead a large-scale campus or regional hub. You will be at the helm of a mission-critical initiative, responsible for scaling operations, securing significant funding, and forging employer partnerships that directly lead to life-changing careers for a diverse community of program graduates.
Your Impact and Core Responsibilities
This role is centered on leveraging your expertise to create tangible, measurable outcomes. Your success will be directly tied to your ability to drive growth and secure resources, with a specific focus on two key areas:
* High-Stakes Fundraising and Business Development: You will be entrusted with a major fundraising target representing a 4x increase in funding, directly empowering a similar increase in enrollment and program impact. This is your opportunity to leverage your network and strategic acumen to attract diverse funding streams, from major corporate partnerships to philanthropic grants. You'll not only secure the financial future of the campus but also build a robust pipeline of employer partners, creating direct pathways to jobs for our client's program graduates.
* Strategic Team and Program Leadership: While fundraising is a primary focus, you will also lead and inspire a high-performing team. Your leadership will ensure the delivery of best-in-class tech training, and you’ll be responsible for the overall operational excellence of the campus. You will serve as the external face of the organization, representing our client at high-profile events and solidifying their reputation as a leader in the field.

* You have over 10 years of experience leading large teams and managing multi-campus operations, with a proven track record of achieving ambitious goals.
* Your expertise in fundraising is undeniable. You have a proven ability to secure major local/regional/national partnerships and lead large-scale campaigns, evidenced by your past results.
* Your strategic vision is exceptional. You possess deep expertise in strategic growth, program expansion, and high-level operational management, with a clear understanding of the workforce development landscape.
