Role: Senior Talent Partner 360
Location: 22 Bishopsgates, Liverpool Street, with 2 days home office!

Your Mission
As a Talent Partner (360), you will create exceptional experiences for our community, representing the company to candidates and clients in your market. Your goal is to win business, build relationships, network, manage client relationships, and recruit candidates.
Company-facing Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain long-term client relationships by understanding their structure, culture, and hiring needs.
* Offer strategic and tactical solutions to clients, leveraging Elemed's services.
* Pitch, negotiate, and develop proposals to serve client needs.
* Build strong commercial relationships and collaborate with marketing and delivery teams.
* Achieve personal KPIs and sales targets.
* Train new team members and lead by example.
Candidate-facing Responsibilities
* Nurture existing relationships within your talent community.
* Conduct online and phone searches, and creatively identify candidates.
* Perform headhunting and market mapping to establish yourself as a go-to talent scout.
* Monitor market movements and reach out to candidates for new opportunities.
* Manage candidate contact from initial contact through offer negotiation and onboarding.
* Provide interview coaching, career advice, and promote Elemed initiatives.
* Convert cold candidates to warm leads and manage all interactions in our CRM.
* Uphold company values and drive leads through various recruitment activities.
Success Metrics
* Number of placements, new business, and account development.
* Revenue against targets, ratios, and time-to-fill metrics.
* Candidate and client satisfaction feedback.
* Leads generated and operational efficiency.

Candidate Profile
This role suits someone who enjoys a full 360 recruitment cycle, building relationships, and problem-solving. You should be excellent at working with people, building trust, and managing multiple priorities.
* Honest, upfront communication style
* 3+ years of technical recruitment experience, preferably in international markets
* Experience in medical device or diagnostics sectors with strong relationships
* Track record of overachieving targets
* Strong search skills and resilience
* Fluent in a second language (preferred)
