Strategic Accounts Executive
Department: Account Management and Implementation
Employment Type: Full Time
Location: London, UK
Description
At Stint, we're building AI tools that are transforming how hospitality businesses operate. We've built the UK's largest flexible workforce of hyper-local students available for short 2–3 hour shifts, working with brands like PizzaExpress, Honest Burgers, SushiDog, and many more. Now, we're combining that workforce with AI – creating a platform that no competitor can replicate.
In just 10 months, our new AI tool has surpassed £1m in ARR and we are on track to 10x that in the next 12 months. We are aggressively capturing the UK market, and international expansion is next - with plans to launch big in the US soon.
We're looking for a Strategic Accounts Executive to take ownership of the most critical part of our business - our customers. You'll scale our Go-To-Market motion, build strong and long-term relationships with clients, and help drive improvements to our product. You'll be working directly with our CEO, Commercial Director and other key internal stakeholders to manage our Partners and supercharge our growth.
We are an office-first, collaborative team and this role is based in Camden 3-4 days a week.
What you will be doing:
* Build and nurture key account relationships.
* Develop strong connections with general managers and senior stakeholders at partner sites, becoming their primary point of contact for ongoing support and strategic initiatives.
* Drive partner success by working closely with sites to understand their business challenges and ensure they're realising measurable business benefits from our platform (e.g., improved labour efficiency, increased sales performance, time saved for General Managers).
* Identify and act on opportunities by spotting upsell and expansion opportunities within existing accounts.
* Monitor partner engagement and satisfaction, proactively address concerns, and take ownership of account retention and growth.
* Support day-to-day operations through collaboration with internal teams (Customer Support, Product, Data) to troubleshoot issues quickly and maintain excellent service across partner accounts.
* Scale alongside the business, working alongside experienced KAMs, learning the partnership landscape and gradually taking full ownership as new partners are onboarded.
This position might suit you, if:
* You've got 1+ years' experience in a sales or customer success role, and now want an opportunity to increase your ownership in a fast-paced environment.
* You're organised and can manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
* You're a 'people person', who can build strong relationships with different kinds of people, and gets energy from having conversations with customers and internal stakeholders alike.
* You're commercially sharp - you understand how to turn insight into impact, and data into direction.
* You're proactive, resourceful, and thrive in fast-moving, ever-changing environments.
* You're excited by the opportunity to build something game-changing - and want to grow into a leadership role as Stint scales.
What we can offer you:
* Salary is competitive and open to discussion based on level
* Private medical insurance
* A social, friendly and welcoming team based in the heart of Camden
* Office gym membership
* Ownership shares in a well-funded, growing start-up
* Dog friendly office
* Free office fruit and snacks
* Office dinner if working late
* Regular office breakfasts and lunches
