Sales Coordinator
As a Sales Coordinator you will stay within the Sales & Marketing team, supporting group and events sales efforts, collaborating with operations and engaging with clients throughout the sales process.
* Respond to all external customer enquiries promptly, accurately and professionally with a clear focus on conversion.
* Ensure hotel procedures are followed precisely, including accurate logging in Envision, confirmation of payment methods, and timely issuance of contracts on booking confirmation.
* Conduct site inspections and tailored hotel tours to convert prospective clients into confirmed business.
* Manage group and event enquiries in line with agreed revenue strategies, commercial guidelines and brand standards.
* Prepare banquet event orders and work closely with operations to deliver a seamless guest experience.
* Support the wider team as needed across all Sales & Marketing functions.
* Perform administrative tasks, host hotel tours, recommend packages and ideas to clients, and coordinate with operations to create a memorable journey for guests.
Qualifications
* Have experience within a similar role.
* Be well organized, admin‑focused and able to multitask.
* Have a positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
* Be pro‑active, confident and customer‑focused.
