Job Description
A well-established and design-led architectural practice in London, best known for their reuse of buildings and values within sustainable design are looking to expand the team with an experienced project runner.
This is the opportunity to take lead on a London based Commercial project which is moving it from RIBA Stage 4 through to completion. This is a significant scheme of 8,000 sqm of an existing 1908/1980s office building, situated on a highly constrained site within a Conservation Area.
The ideal candidate will have:
* Proven experience in retrofit and extension projects over 18m in height
* A strong understanding of the challenges involved in upgrading existing façades
* Excellent design sensitivity and attention to detail
* Experience delivering high-end fit-outs, particularly for reception and communal areas
(Revit proficiency not essential for this role)
This is a fast-paced project supported by a team of 12, therefore candidates applying must be confident in managing a large team and efficiently coordinate detailing, building regulations compliance, and consultant collaboration across multiple disciplines.
