Our Client, a well-established Bodyshop in the Edgware area is seeking an experienced Bodyshop Advisor to join their busy team. They have a wealth of experience and a strong client base in the North West London and surrounding area.
The package on offer for the Bodyshop Advisor:

6. Monday To Friday 8.30am - 5.00pm Working Hours
7. No Weekend work
8. Bodyshop Environment - Any Automotive Customer Service Experience Considered
Their main duties for the successful Bodyshop Advisor would be as follows:
9. Completing all relevant paperwork as necessary for vehicle repair orders.
10. Maintaining an up to date and accurate database.
11. Liaising with customers and insurance companies at a high and professional standard as and when required.
12. Controlling credit on outstanding debts, keeping track and up to date on invoices.
13. Arranging courtesy cars for customers
14. Maintaining good housekeeping standards and orderly administration of your work.
The ideal Bodyshop Advisor must have a proven track record working in a customer facing role from within an automotive Bodyshop environment, and can show knowledge and skills within a previous Automotive Customer Service Advisor Role.
