About the role:
The role of assistant manager is to support the general manager and the location team and carries responsibility for a variety of tasks. The role demands strong operational focus with the ability to support/play an active role in the achievement of our sales and commercial objectives as outlined in the balance score card.
Deputising in the absence of your manager and covering colleagues in their absence, the groups' assistant managers have the skill set to manage all aspects of their building.
