HR Business Partner Location: Co Tyrone Contract Type: Full-Time / Permanent Salary: Competitive, based on experience We are hiring for an experienced HR Business Partne r to join a well-established manufacturing organisation based in the County Tyrone area. This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional with a strategic mindset to align HR practices with business objectives across multiple sites. Reporting to the HR Manager, you will provide HR guidance, manage complex employee relations, and lead people development strategies to foster a high-performance culture. Competitive salary and excellent benefits package with career development opportunities The Role: Consult with line management and provide HR guidance on operational issues Manage complex employee relations cases, conduct investigations, and resolve disputes Offer performance management guidance, including coaching and career development Collaborate with management to improve work relationships, boost morale, and reduce turnover Lead recruitment efforts for operations and ensure compliance with fair employment legislation Provide HR policy guidance and ensure regulatory compliance Chair meetings with operations teams and lead HR initiatives Implement and manage employee development strategies and succession planning Oversee pay reviews, bonus structures, and manage the operations skills matrix The Person: Degree in HR Management or equivalent Minimum of 4 years' experience in an HR role, with a broad HR generalist background Associate membership of CIPD Strong knowledge of HR processes, employee relations, and performance management Experience with PAMS and North Time Data is beneficial Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills Full, clean driver's licence with access to own vehicle The Reward: Competitive salary and discretionary bonus Full-time, permanent role with career progression opportunities Westfield Health benefits, flexible working hours, and 1 day WFH Early finish on Fridays (12:30/1:30pm) Free car parking, health and wellbeing initiatives Excellent professional development opportunities Next Steps - Why Hunter Savage For more information or to apply for this Senior HR Business Partner role, please contact Stephanie Mulholland at Hunter Savage.
