We’re currently recruiting for a high-performing Online Manager. In this role, you will lead a dynamic team of flexible, engaged colleagues focused on customer priorities while achieving operational excellence in your department(s).

10. Building effective relationships with other departments.
11. Leading colleagues to achieve outstanding performance against targets.
12. Taking a leadership role within the store.
13. Planning resources thoroughly.
