We’re currently recruiting for a high-performing Online Manager. In this role, you will lead a dynamic team of flexible, engaged colleagues focused on customer priorities while achieving operational excellence in your department(s).


Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

1. Empowering colleagues to prioritize customer satisfaction and deliver outstanding service.
2. Listening to and responding to customer feedback.
3. Reviewing customer feedback regularly.
4. Ensuring market-leading availability across your department(s).
5. Leading a supportive and performance-driven team.
6. Managing all people routines, including scheduling, absence, performance, and talent development.
7. Providing training to build team capability and confidence.
8. Enabling colleagues to work confidently across departments.
9. Identifying and nurturing talent within the team.
10. Building effective relationships with other departments.
11. Leading colleagues to achieve outstanding performance against targets.
12. Taking a leadership role within the store.
13. Planning resources thoroughly.

* Active listening skills to respond effectively to feedback.
* Food safety knowledge aligned with department responsibilities.
* Skill in handling difficult conversations constructively.
* Ability to manage key cost areas such as shrinkage and waste.
