Are you skilled at building lasting relationships and ensuring client satisfaction? We're currently expanding our team and are looking for another Account Manager to join the TwentyEA team. You'll play a crucial role in fostering strong connections with our clients, maintaining regular communication, and driving adoption of our products and services. As part of the TwentyCi group, TwentyEA specialises in providing data-led products and services to the estate agency and property industry supplier sectors. We are on the lookout for an experienced Account Manager to assist with our continued growth and success, specifically with SME agents and suppliers. Key Responsibilities As the main point of contact for your clients, you’ll take ownership of their experience by responding quickly and proactively to any enquiries or technical questions. From the very start, you’ll guide new clients through the onboarding process, taking the time to understand their goals and what success looks like for them. Using your product knowledge, you’ll make sure they get the most value from our service. You’ll keep a close eye on client engagement, stepping in early to re-engage anyone who might be at risk of leaving. By communicating new products and features in a way that excites and informs, you’ll encourage adoption and create opportunities for growth through upselling and cross-selling. Collaboration will be key – you’ll work closely with your colleagues in Client Services and the Product team to overcome any challenges that could impact client satisfaction or product adoption. You’ll also play a role in supporting the sales process by creating compelling success stories, testimonials, and recommendations that showcase the impact we all deliver. Above all, you’ll maintain exceptional service standards, going the extra mile to ensure every client feels valued and supported. About You Are you an experienced account manager? Or perhaps you work in client relationship management or customer success. As long as you have a talent for building strong client relationships and driving growth within your portfolio then we want to hear from you. Do you excel at identifying opportunities to expand and maximise value from existing accounts while ensuring exceptional service delivery? Can you consistently achieve or exceed performance targets by nurturing client partnerships and uncovering ways to add value? Are you a confident negotiator with the ability to craft tailored solutions that meet client needs and deliver measurable results? Do you have a proven track record of managing client accounts, influencing decision-makers, and adapting your approach to different stakeholders? Experience in the UK property market would be a bonus, but it’s not essential – what matters most is your ability to deliver results and strengthen client relationships. If this sounds like you and you’re ready to take on a rewarding role where your expertise makes a real impact, we’d love to hear from you. Benefits We have a pool table in the office, but that's not really what you're looking for, right? Yes, you'll get holidays (25 days plus bank holidays), plus your birthday off, and a pleasant office environment with a nice breakout area, tea/coffee/water provided, and all that normal stuff you'd expect. There's a salary, naturally, between £30,000 and £35,000 for this role depending on the skills and experience you'll be bringing. For this position there’s also an uncapped commission scheme with OTC of £12K. You also get to work with a good-natured, good humoured team of geeks, nerds, data scientists, marketers, administrators, finance people, sales people and people-people. There's a life outside of work and we encourage you to make sure you achieve the right balance between the two things. We've also taken the time and effort to implement wellbeing stuff, like a confidential 24/7/365 helpline for all our colleagues to get advice and support when life gets a bit tough, and an app with helpful wellbeing content. We work on a hybrid system balancing time in our Milton Keynes office with working from home when appropriate. So, you should be able to relax and enjoy inspiring work in an atmosphere which challenges you to use and develop your skills, around people who may become friends not just colleagues. Sound good? Then drop us an application and we'll be in touch.
